Mens’Groups

Mens Hybrid Group:

Every Monday: Beginners / Intermediates. 09.30am-2pm.
The Beginners / Intermediate Group is designed to build up your confidence and fitness levels whilst meeting and making new friends.
This group cover approx. 50-70km at a moderate pace.

Every Wednesday: Intermediate / Advanced.09.30am-2pm.
The Intermediate group cover approx. 70-90km at a slightly faster pace using relatively flat roads, canals and caminos.
All groups start and finish at the shop so just turn up get fit and make new friends.
